Waterproof Dog Coats
When it’s raining outside few dogs are keen to go out – even when they need to! Like us, dogs don’t like getting drenched and so a waterproof dog coat or dog rain coat is a necessity for walkies in the rain.
We’ve found a lovely selection for you to choose from whether it’s a light dog raincoat to cope with showers when the weather isn’t too cold, or more heavy duty waterproof dog coats that are lined to provide your dog with warmth as well. A waterproof dog coat means your dog stays dry (less risk of catching a chill) and no more messing around with towels and the hair dryer when you come home after it’s been raining and no more “wet doggy smells”!
One of the best new design waterproof dog coats we’ve come accross is the sporty Explorer double fleece lined waterproof dog coat by Kakadu Pet- it is available in a large range of sizes, really trendy looking in bright primary colours and very practical – selling out fast!
We love the Barbour wax waterproof dog coat for practicality and durability – it’s ideal for dogs who go along on fishing, hunting and shooting trips or working dogs plus the design is something any man would be happy to have their dog wear! Check out the Barbour wax waterproof dog coat.
If you’re looking for a lightweight dog raincoat for days when it’s not cold, the Waghearted clear doggie raincoat with it’s signature heart and peace sign is a lovely garment with a hood that can be quickly popped on if it rains. Waghearted donate some of their profits to dog rescue shelters so we’re all for that and their designs are just so fun and unique as well as being well-made. You can see all waterproof dog coats and shop in our own eDogLifeJacket store at Amazon.com for the best prices, hand picked bestselling doggie products all arranged in size order for a secure enjoyable shopping experience with one check out.
For small dogs we’ve got waterproof dog coats in our very own eDog Boutique where we specialise in small dog clothes, including waterproof dog coats, dog raincoats and dog jackets and if like our eDog Dougie, your dog is a nosey parka – we have dog snow parkas and ski jackets too from designer Urban Pup, and we ship worldwide to your dog’s door! (Remember to select your own currency at the top of the page in our boutique to display prices).
Make sure you measure your dog before ordering as it is important to get a snug fit – your dog should be able to move around as normal when wearing the garment. The best way to measure is to stand your dog up and measure from the collar to the base of the tail to get the length in inches, then measure the chest taking the tape measure under and around behind the front legs.
If you’ve bought something your dog loves and want to share doggy photos we’d love to put them on the site – just attach them in an email to us at admin@edoglifejacket.com.
