If you’ve tried all the numerous types of reflective dog collars, and lights that clip onto collars, you, like us are probably quite fed up with the limited performance of these products – lights falling off, failing in the rain and reflective dog collars just not giving enough visibility when walking your dog, especially in winter.

If buying for a growing dog, consider a dog jacket underneath at first, so buy a bigger size, then you’ll get more wear out of it ultimately, would make a great lighted puppy jacket.

After we heard one of our neighborhood dog freed himself from his leash and got hit by a car at night, we were looking for something that would be safe for our dog on our nightly walks. This led dog jacket is not only sharp looking but is now an asset to our nightly dog walks. It’s not a reflective dog jacket, but a lighted vest operated by batteries so it is lit all the time. Our neighborhood isn’t very well lit so we feel safe for the dog in case he gets loose, from coyotes sometimes roaming in our area and for us as well having a light around us in the dark. It is easy to put on, very light in weight and our dog looks so cute in them. we love this lit dog jacket.
